It's hard to believe, but we are halfway to the summer arrival of baby Tones! We went this week for our ultrasound and got some sneak peeks at the little person. For those of you who haven't heard, Will has decided that the baby's name is "Bob." We're not really sure why, but for the time being, Bob it is! He is also convinced that it is a boy...It's been pretty funny to hear him talk about the baby -- he wants to know if Bob will play soccer with him, watch Thomas with him, and he has told me that he will help me teach Bob how to crawl and walk. We'll see if he has that kind of enthusiasm when the little person actually joins us. :)
So what do we know about Bob? We know that this little one is measuring a little larger than Will did at this point (yikes!), is hanging out in a very similar position -- with feet positioned perfectly to kick me in the ribs, and overall is seeming very mellow with a strong but lower heart rate. The ultrasound tech is also predicted a July due date -- boo...about a week after the actual due date -- but the dr. keeps saying not to put any weight in that. Yeah right...do we not remember Mr. Will's reluctance to join the outside world?? We'll see...
